Set a quicker pace for a long clip or slow down a moment you want to emphasize. Frameflow can export one video at a speed from 0.25× to 2×.

How to change video speed

Choose your video
Open the editor and select a file your browser can play. The file stays on your device.

Set the playback speed
Open Adjust and move the Playback speed slider. Choose a value between 0.25× and 2×, then preview the clip.

Export the result
Select an available export format and save the edited video. Export records in real time, so keep the tab open until it finishes.

The speed setting applies to the selected portion of one clip. Frameflow does not currently set different speeds within the same clip.
Changing speed changes the length of the exported video. Audio results depend on your browser’s recording support; use Mute original audio if you need a silent file.

Can I make a video twice as fast?

Yes. Set Playback speed to 2× in Adjust, preview it, and export.

Can I make slow motion?

You can slow playback to 0.25×, but the editor does not create new frames. Smoothness depends on the original frame rate.

Does changing speed upload my file?

No. The selected video is processed in your browser.
